I have a new kindle and have an Amazon account. When I try to register it says that the account details do not maych my account with you. What do I do?

- Go to the Amazon website below:

https://www.amazon.com/password

, then there, enter your email address in the first box

, then in the second box, enter the characters as shown on the page

, then click on Continue and follow the instructions there in order to reset your Amazon account password

- Once that is done successfully, register / sign in with your new Amazon account password ***** the Kindle
