Yes, I can give you the instructions. It will require that you factory restore the Galaxy Tab. The virus installs an app and you will need to follow these steps to remove.

  1. Power the device off.
    1. Press and hold the Power button until the Device options screen appears.
    2. Select Power off.
    3. Select OK.
  2. Press and hold the Volume up button then press and hold the Power button.
  3. When the Samsung logo appears, release all.
  4. Select wipe data/factory reset.
    Utilize the Volume buttons to highlight and the Power button to select.
  5. Select Yes -- delete all user data.
  6. Select reboot system now.
    Allow several minutes for the reboot process to complete.
    To setup the device after completion of the factory reset,

not able to get to the wipe data/factory reset. When I follow steps 1 & 2 I get a screen that shows an android figure and a warning message that says a custom OS can cause critical problems if you want to download a custom os press volume download key.

Try this next please.

Power off the tablet.

Then press and hold the Volume Down button and while holding the volume down press the power button for 3 seconds. Then release the buttons and use the volume down to highlight wipe data and press power to confirm.
