I am sorry to hear that you are having this issue.
Try a power reset of your router,computer and kindle then check.
Unplug the power cord from the router. Then power off the computer, then power off the kindle by holding the power button for 20 seconds.
Then in this order power the devices .
Plug the router in first, wait one minute then power on the kindle, then wait one minute and power on the computer.
This will reset the devices network settings and should correct the issue.
