In your case, the next step is to factory reset your phone, which will erase all data and faulted settings on the phone. Be aware that all your files including your music, photos, and videos will be erased as well.
- From the Home screen, tap the All Apps icon, choose Settings > Accounts.
- Tap Backup and Reset and choose Factory data reset.
- Tap Reset Device and complete the reset by following the reset of the instructions that it gives you.
Once that is complete, your problem will be gone.
