i cant get pass the reactivation process because i forgot my samsung account password; i cant even proceed, with the password ***** process on my blackberry z10; u get a redirect, tellung e to use wifi; i dnt havea computer, nor can i find an open wifi network; i enabled the reactivation lock, that is why i cant reset my password ***** my galaxy 5; i am currently trying to go online, and use the samsung account password ***** option its not allowing me to proceed
