What is the error you get when it fails to activate?

It goes through the set-up process after I have activated the email. In the set-up process, it confirms 3 boxes; 1. compliance, 2. software installed correctly under corporate policy and 3. Tries to access the internet to connect with activation. When connecting, the Google address reads- :blank

Just to make sure your portal is running ok, have you installed it on any other devices without problems?

My Samsung Galaxy 5 is working fine w/ company. I think the Knox app already tablet is needing to be removed and reinstalled with company system settings when Intune is reinstalled?

your saying the S5 was able to install and activate intune correct? And connected to your companies portal?

Can you on the note go to Settings, Applications.

Swipe to the list ALL and locate Google Services Framework

Press it and press Clear Data.

Then locate Play Store, press it and press clear data.

Then restart the note and tell me if the app now installs and activates please.

Your meant to be trying to install the App Intune

Not installing outlook or signing onto your companies portal.
