I'm sorry about the issue. Is there any error or message when going to the bookstore or connecting to your wi-fi / wireless network name?

Please try the the following fix:
- Press and hold the Power on/off button on the Kindle Fire tablet for about 30 seconds, then turn it back on and check.
- Go to the Wi-Fi / Wireless setting on the Kindle Fire and make sure it is connected to your Wi-Fi / wireless network name and check.
- Disconnect the power cord(s) from your Internet / wireless modem / router device(s) for about 5 minutes, then reconnect, then turn on and check.
- If needed, go to the Wi-Fi / Wireless setting again on the Kindle Fire and make sure it is connected to your Wi-Fi / wireless network name and check.
