Hi there and welcome
Your previous expert has opted out, I will work with you on this.
When you say folders, do you mean folders with files in it on the Android? So file system folders?
ok, you do not do the file copying via Outlook as these are just files, not emails.
Download the app on the android called Dropbox.
Install it and register an account with them and then share the files to dropbox to share them online.
Then on your computer, you can go to www.dropbox.com
Click on download in the top right and install the program. Once installed you see a folder created on the computer called Dropbox and there you will see the files.
yes, but as they are files as you mentioned, this is how you do this.
ok, good to hear!
