Hi and Welcome. My Name is ***** ***** I look forward to assisting you today with your question.

It is possible that the phone has frozen. Press and hold down the Power button for 20 seconds and this will force reboot it.

If that didn't work, then press and hold down Volume Down + Power for 20 seconds and this will soft reset. If that didn't work, then connect it to your computer and reset it while connected.

Please let me know if that didn't work, so we can continue troubleshooting.

If it is still not turning on, then remove the battery. Wait 2 minutes. Then connect it to your computer for 20 minutes (to charge it) and then hold down Volume Down and Power for 20-40 seconds and this will force reset it.

Let me know how it goes.

Connect it to your computer and does your computer make any sound or recognize it ?

It is possible that the LCD display has failed. Disconnect it from your computer. Then remove the battery. Connect it to your computer and then press and hold down the Power button for 20 seconds.

Then disconnect it from the PC, put the battery back on. Don't turn it on yet. Wait 1 minutes and then hold down Power button. This is a different way to reset the hardware components.
