I plugged my paperwhite into my desktop to charge it and lost everything on the paperwhite. I had my computer repaired (corrupted driver?) Can I reboot my paperwhite?

Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Do you have Wi-Fi/wireless? i.e., what's the brand/model of your internet modem/router device?

Can you press and hold the power on/off button on the kindle, then turn it back on, then do you see any book of yours?

Can you go to device menu/ setting / registration / account on the kindle and make sure it is registered to your Amazon account?
