Is your new kindle currently connected to Wi-Fi/wireless?
Is your new kindle registered to the exact same Amazon account / same email address as on the old kindle?
Is the new book showing on your new kindle, but you cannot open it? Is there any error or message?
Or is the new book not showing at all on the new kindle?
