Since that account is not working, we can remove it and add it again.
Go to Settings > Accounts > Email. Then tap the option button (at top right, the three dots) and select Remove Account. This will delete. Then open Email and it will ask you to add account. So add account and use manual settings.
Then add with the following information.
Username - your full email address
Password ***** your password
Outgoing server - smtp.spintel.net.au
Outoging port if asked - 587
Authentication - Yes
STARTTLS (if asked) - Yes
Incoming Server - pop3.spintel.net.au
Port - 143
Then setup it and try to send now. If that didn't work, then we can setup with different settings.
