What happens when you send and receive emails ?

Ok, lets do this step by step. On your phone, go to Settings. Then under Accounts, select Account. Do you see your Spintel account there ?

Ok, There are two accounts on the phone. Google and Email (*****@******.***)

From which one he has trouble sending email from ? Also from which application is he trying to send email ? The Gmail app or the Email app ?

Since that account is not working, we can remove it and add it again.

Go to Settings > Accounts > Email. Then tap the option button (at top right, the three dots) and select Remove Account. This will delete. Then open Email and it will ask you to add account. So add account and use manual settings.

Then add with the following information.

Username - your full email address

Password ***** your password

Outgoing server - smtp.spintel.net.au

Outoging port if asked - 587

Authentication - Yes

STARTTLS (if asked) - Yes

Incoming Server - pop3.spintel.net.au

Port - 143

Then setup it and try to send now. If that didn't work, then we can setup with different settings.

when I press the three Dots on the right top side all that comes up is Sync all no remove account is visitable

Close Email app. Open Settings app. Go to Accounts tap Email and do you see a More button at top and do you see Remove Account ?

Or open Email app. Tap More at top and select Settings. Select the email account and do you see Remove at top ?

Have you tried sending it to your email address ?

If you are still not receiving the sent email, then delete the email account (you should see the remove it now). Then add it with the following settings.

Username - your full email address

Password ***** your password

Outgoing server - smtp.spintel.net.au

Outoging port if asked - 25

Authentication - No

Incoming Server - pop3.spintel.net.au

Port - 110

Authentication - No

I'm getting out of ideas. Can you try these servers ?

Incoming mail server:
pop3.comcen.com.au

Outgoing mail server:
smtp.comcen.com.au

or the following ones

Incoming mail server:
pop3.spin.com.au

Outgoing mail server:
smtp.spin.com.au

Have done all this and still not able to receive e mails can receive on hisG mail account account

You will be able to send and receive emails using Gmail app (using Gmail account).

You can also access his Comcen account from this website via Chrome or browser --> webmail.comcen.com.au

or webmail.spintel.net.au

I've one more suggestion. Open Play Store, download Aqua Mail application. Then setup the Comcen email account on Aqua Mail and does it allow you to send from it ?
