I have a phone purchased through Virgin Mobile, Android Model #ZTE N 800. About 3 days ago I keep getting a message when I am using my email recorder that states "Unfortunatley Google Search has stopped". I contacted Virgin Mobile and they did trouble shoot and updated all programs and it still is not working. They told me that it is not my phone and for me to contact Google Search regarding this issue.

First, when you say they reinstalled all programs, what exactly did they do as its not possible to reinstall all programs as such. If your not sure, no problem, just let me know please.
