I am the person that will be helping you today.
May I ask for the brand and model name of your wireless router or your wireless modem?
Once I have the above requested information, I will be able to give you the correct answer.
I look forward to your response,Jason
I can most definitely help with no additional cost. May I ask for the brand and model name of the wireless modem/router?
Thank you for the update. In that case, the wireless network key should be located on the modem itself. There will be a label on it that includes all the wireless information (Signal name, password, etc). Does the password ***** is located on the modem work?
Do you see my last post?

Okay. On the tablet, enter the wireless key that is printed on the modem. Does that work for you?
In that case, let's try the remote.
Follow the instructions below to begin the remote helping screen.
Remote page: http://remote.jasonfixedit.com
After clicking the link above, enter the following two digit number: 74 and click the circle button to start the remote application.
Are you having any problems with running that remote application after it is downloaded?Which Internet browser are you currently using (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, or something of the like)?
I am sorry, a phone call is not possible. Are you running Windows or Mac OS?
Thank you for that answer. Let's try another option.
Please, click this link: http://tinyurl.com/teamviewerJason
- Download and run that file.- It will give you an ID & password.
Please, give me both of the ID and password.
It is not seeing the program as active on your computer. Please, verify that you gave me the correct numbers and make sure that the program is still running.
It is working now.
I was disconnected for some reason. I will reconnect.
I cannot reconnect.
Please, run TeamViewer again and give me the new id & password.
I was disconnected.
I am connected.
It turns out that the problem is not with the wireless password. You are referring to the device pin.
You will have to reset the device, which will erase everything on it, including the pin:
- Turn the device off.- Hold both the Volume up button and the power button.- Keep both the keys depressed for 5 to 8 seconds.- The Android Robot will appear.- Navigate to the "Reset device" option using the volume key.- Press the Power button to select it.- Use the volume keys to select to confirm.- Press the Power button.
After that is complete, all will be good to go.
May I ask if that got you up and running or not? I hope that it did. If not, we can continue. If it did work, please do not forget to rate my help on the top of this page.
