Hi, thank you for contacting JustAnswer.com. My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.
There are several formats for e-books that a Kindle Fire can read:
I don't know what sort of e-book you are calling an 'iOS book'. What file format would that be? or, sourced from what vendor or other source of e-books ?
An ISO file, is a 'disc image' file.
When you burn an ISO file to a CD (or DVD sometimes) ...disc, it often becomes a bootable disc, but at any rate, an ISO file on a CD can become a copy of an entire CD.
So it is *not* a book file in that sense... it might be a file from which (with judicious use of CD-burning software) you could create a CD with (perhaps) a book on it, in some form. But an ISO file is, in no way whatever, anything like a Kindle-readable file.
As for cancelling, etc. I have no power over that and must refer you to Customer Support at JustAnswer.com, which you may contact through:
I feel sure they will address your concerns with reasonable promptness.
