Customer Question

I have two Kindle fires and they both will not connect to my home WiFi. The signal strength is excellent I have tried resting the router, turning off the kindles and turning them back on and trying to connect, but nothing works. I am able to connect the kindles on other wifi networks, just not mine at home. I recognizes my home network and says strength is excellent, but they will never connect. I get a DHCP ERROR.

Hello there my name Michael, I can help you with your question...

In order to help you better with your request, I need a bit more information:

- What's the model number and manufacturer of your Router?

- Is your Router a 2in1 unit? (Router and Modem)

- Have the Kindles EVER connected successfully to your Router even if it was just for a few minutes?
