Your drive is stuck sue to a corrupt system file. This can be fixed but you will lose all your personal data unfortunately.

To fix this please follow these instructions.

  • From the Home screen, navigate: Apps > Settings > Privacy.
  • Tap Factory data reset.
  • Tap Reset tablet.
  • Tap Erase everything.
    Allow several minutes for the factory data reset and reboot processes to complete.
    To setup the device after completing the factory data reset, refer to Initial Activation and Setup.

Here is the procedure for your reference in the future;-)

turn to left 3 full times to the 1st number.

turn past 2nd number one time then continue to that number then stop, now turn back left just to the last number and stop your safe should open!

Try this,

Hard ReSet
This setting erases all data from your device, including
your Google or other email account settings, system and application data and settings, and downloaded applications. After
a reset, you’ll be prompted to set up your device the next time you turn it on.

1. With the device off, press and hold Volume Up and Power.

2. Release the Power button when you see the Samsung logo, but continue to hold Volume Up until the recovery screen appears.

3. Use the Volume buttons to navigate the menu and select wipe data / factory reset. Press Home to choose the selection.

4. Press Volume Up continue.
The UNIT should then go through the hard reset process & Reset to Factory Settings

Hi Linda, that should work. It is the standard reset when the system spaces out in this way.. I will offer you a phne tech support call. I think maybe you may be doing something incorrectly?
