This is for a TOSHIBA AT300 tablet that locks up while booting up.
Expert:  ITPeter replied 1 year ago.

Hi there,

Try turning the tablet back on again by pressing and holding the Power button for 20 seconds.

Let me know if it turns on again normally..

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Nope - same "sparkly" boot up screen - never gets to the "desk top"
Expert:  ITPeter replied 1 year ago.

Ok, if that did not work then the boot files are likely corrupt.

You will need to try another factory reset/recovery.

If it still won't boot then it will need to be returned to a Toshiba service center.

for this I paid $26? UNSAT.
