Thank you. It is the video / music service on the tablet. There are a few solutions for fixing this issue, let me provide you a couple solutions to try first:
1. Press and hold the Power On / Off button on the tablet for a few seconds, then select the Restart option then check.
2. If that does not work, open the Settings app icon, then Application, then Application manager, then ALL, then scroll down. Then select the item Download manager, then clear cache / clear data. Then go back, then select the item Media Storage, then clear cache / data, then check. If needed, restart the tablet again and check.
