New smartphone, lost Google password, Google password ***** does not return e-mail (several attempts), App specific password ***** but rejected (tried with three different ones).

Hello. My name is***** can help you with your question.

If you are not able to unlock the phone with your Google account, then the only option you have is to completely wipe the phone and started up fresh as it was when it came out of the box. To do that will depend on model you have for your phone but in general you need to get to the recovery menu. On most phones, the way you do this is to hold either the power up were the power down button while powering on the phone. When the phone powers on you can let go of power but keep pressing the volume key. If you get into recovery successfully what you see is a screen with a text menu on it. You can use the volume buttons to navigate the menu and use the power button as the selection key. Use the volume buttons to navigate down to reset/factory white and then the power key to select it and confirm. It may take quite some time for it to finish clearing the data resetting the phone and reinstalling the software. Just let it go and let it restart as many times as it needs to. If use the same Google account, it will reload the same applications. If use different account it will be a fresh set up.
