Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Please try the following:

  1. Shut down / restart the computer / tablet / laptop.
  2. Go to Control Panel. (Open Network and Internet). Open Internet Options.
  3. Delete everything in the Home page box. (Optional: type in a a website you want in the Home page box, such as www.google.com)
  4. Click on Apply at the bottom.
  5. Then click on Delete and delete only temporary internet files.
  6. Click the Advanced tab, and then click Reset.
  7. In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, click Reset.
