There are two things that could be. Do you mean Samsung S4 or LG G4?

IT IS A SAMSUNG SO MUST BE S4.

Thank you the S2-S4 all have an issue like this caused by the microphone, this video is of an S2 but the same steps should work for your model:

Sometimes you can see the mic without taking anything off. If you can you would just want to stick something over it.
