Hi there, If the problem started after you installed an app, try uninstalling that app then try operating the phone again. If the problem is not caused by an app, then the OS may be corrupt - try resetting the phone to its default factory settings:Back up all your data first, then press and hold Volume Up + Power buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds.You should then see a menu with Reboot system now and wipe data / Factory ResetSelect the Factory Reset option and follow the on-screen instructions. If that still doesn't help, then the phone has some other fault and requires a repair. You can call Huawei Support directly at 1-***-***-****. They should be able to arrange to send your phone in for repairs or giving you a replacement phone. This process will take about 7-10 business days.
