Did you successfully update the CC from Amazon website ?

After changing the card details from Amazon website, you have to deregister your Kindle and reregister it. Then only the changes will reflect on your Kindle.
On your Kindle Kindle, open Menu and then tap Settings. Tap Registration. In the Deregister Your Kindle message, tap Deregister. Then reregister it from there.
