I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing with your Kindle. You can fix this by simply setting up the Kindle again, just as you did when you first purchased it. This means that you can turn it on, follow the setup wizard (signing into your wireless signal & signing into your account). After you do that, all your books and what not will download to the Kindle.
If you are having issues connecting to your wireless signal, please reply back and tell me the brand and model name of your wireless router/modem.
