I am an Information Technology Professional with over 15 years of professional experience. I am the technician assigned to your case today. I look forward to working with you and resolving this problem.
Is this password ***** with your wireless network? If so, what is the brand and model name of your wireless router?
Is this password ***** with an email account? If so, what comes after the @ sign in your email address?
I will be standing by.
Thank you,
Jason

Thank you for the update.
In this case, you will have to factory reset the phone, which will erase all including the password ***** it.
- Press and hold the following three buttons at the same time for 8 seconds. (The phone will reload).
- Let go of all the buttons when you see the Samsung logo.
- In the recovery menu, use the volume keys to scroll and highlight "wipe data/factory reset".
- After it is selected, press the power button to make the selection.
- In the next menu, use the volume keys to choose the "Yes ----- delete all user data" option.
- Press the Power button to select that.
- Choose to reboot system now.
Once it reboots, you will be all good to go with no password.
I look forward to your rating of my help on the top of this page.
