I would suggest that you call AT&t back and let them know that your phone does not appear to be connected to an account and needs to be looked into further. A phone call back in 5 days does nothing and whoever you spoke with was extremely inexperienced with the issue. Do me a favor and call their corporate office tomorrow at(###) ###-####I have dealt with their corporate office before and they are quick to resolve complaints. Let them know that you have NO phone right now and the only thing the offered is to call back in 5 days. Also, mention that you are paying for a service that you are not even able to use.
