Customer Question

Upgraded to Android Lollipop and phone (Google Nexus 5) has been f....d ever since. It crashes constantly. When turning it on, it says 'optimizing app ...", and shuts itself down again ... so frustrating! Is it possible to reload KitKat where I had no such problem? If so, how would I do this?
Thanks

Thanks for your question. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to assisting you.
First just to see if we can solve the crashing issue, go to Settings, Applications and look under the list all for Google Services Framework
Press it and press clear data
Then restart the phone and tell me if you still have the problem please.

before I do this ... clearing the data will do what? contacts, apps, etc. will all still be in place?

yes, nothing of your data is touched. I will warn you first if this occurs.
