I have a superpad i7 model p752, and I am getting an error

I have a superpad i7 model p752, and I am getting an error message saying 'the process com.android.phone has stopped unexpectedly'. How do I fix this. Thanks

 



Already Tried:
I can't find a reset button. I've searched online for info, but it all says to reset to factory settings. I can't get the message off the screen to get to the menu.

Now on your Superpad you just see the error?

SVITExperts :

Can you select Force Shutdown or Force Stop?

SVITExperts :

And access the settings?

Customer :

The error message comes up when I press the menu button. It gives me a force close button. When I hit that the message instantly appears again. I can't access anything else except to turn off the device.

Please do a factory reset as follow:

SVITExperts :

Please press and hold Power button for 10 seconds to turn off the tablet. Then press and HOLD the Home, big button in front, and Power button until you get the recovery reset.

Select wipe data / factory reset to reset your tablet back to factory settings.

I have tried a few times and I cannot get past the initial screen telling me to press the required keys for factory reset. As the screen is counting down it goes blank.

I tried without the power cord and then with, thinking the battery died...get same thing

No, the screen goes black

So you turn off the tablet again

SVITExperts :

Press and hold the Power button until it turns off

Customer :

ok

Connect to Power charger

SVITExperts :

Then press and HOLD the Home, big button in front, and Power button

SVITExperts :

Hold and see what you see on the screen

SVITExperts :

If you get a menu, use Volume Keys to scroll up and down

SVITExperts :

Power or Home button to seleect

Customer :

same thing - at 3 seconds in the count down my screen goes black

When you get to the count down, does it ask you to press the require keys?

Customer :

yes, I keep them held down, but the screen goes black.

Please do the same steps again

When you see that screen

release all buttons

SVITExperts :

then press and hold Volume Up button

SVITExperts :

see if you can get the menu

do i keep the volume button held

how long?

For about 3 seconds

i got a reboot - it wiped files, now I have the small android logo

ok

it will take about 3-5 minutes

Customer :

it just asked me to calibrate. now i have the blue screen

Can you tap anything on the screen?

SVITExperts :

If not, press and HOLD the power button until it turns off

SVITExperts :

Then press Power button again to turn on

SVITExperts :

By the way, when did you buy this tablet? And from where?

just turned it back on and I can now tap on the screen

Please try to go through the setup

not sure what you mean - my home page is blank, I can get to menu...

So now you can access your tablet now?

Can you try to run some apps?

Setup wifi

ok need to find password

Try to go to Market and download/install apps again
