I just did that and it is still trying to get to the web page. I press on the link and the icon spins around forever but never gets to the page. I usually just shut it off and go to my computer. It is still spinning. :(
Should I turn it off and then turn it back on?
Thanks Michael.Yes please turn off your Kindle Fire and turn it back on. Try again. Please also make sure that Wifi is connected. Thank you.
Ok. It is connected to wifi. I'll try it and let you know.
Sure thanks!
I turned it back on and tried going to wikipedia and the little circle icon on the left of the address box has been spinning for over a minute. Now what?
Still spinning... Unresponsive to finger clicks or stylus clicks. It's stuck.
Thanks.Do you have any computer using wifi now?And you said that you did a factory reset? How did you do that?
Settings / More / Device / Reset to Factory Defaults.
