Yes we verified and is 4g,3G area
ok, can you check the following from simple mobile please.- Check that you have 3G service enabled on your phone plan- check that you have a 3G compatible sim card- ask them for the correct 3G APN settings.Please tell me the results of this
All that was done they say since is an international version it won't get 3G it will only run edge
ok, then as bad as it will be Mark, this will be the issue.I would still at lease like to confirm the APN settings as with some carriers there are two types, but if they are blocking your 3G as you have an international phone, then there will be no way to get past it apart from switching carriers.If you still wish to call them though and ask the 3 questions I noted, it would confirm this.Else it will be as they said Sorry.Please, before you rate my Service, please note I can only do everything within my means. If they are blocking it due to it being an international version, I am really held back with getting a working solution.
