Please reset your Nook Color as follow:

-Turn off your NOOK Color completely by pressing and holding down the

Power button for about 3-5 seconds.

-Tap Power off. If the Nook still not shut down, press and HOLD Power button for 20 seconds. It will reboot.

-Press and HOLD the power button AND the home (n button in front) button at the same time for 20 seconds.

-Wait for EXACTLY 1 minute and turn on your Nook Color.

If that does not work, please connect charger and do the steps again.
