I boght a GN smartphone GT-I9250 (Unlocked Android) from Amazon USA last March.
The phone now is dead, doesn't turn on.
I called Samsung USA for service, utilizing the warranty. The response was that the phone is not registered in USA, and try in Europe. I then called Samsung UK and their response
was that it is not registered in Europe. So where is it registered, and where can I utilize the warranty?
The IMEI # XXXXX XXXXX and S/N is RF1C22J54FX
