I bought an Asus tablet today TF300 and began charging it at

I bought an Asus tablet today TF300 and began charging it at 4:40. I checked it a half hour ago and it said it was charged. I was connecting it to the wi-fi in my house and was looking for my password XXXXX my net gear and now the screen has a lock on it and keeps fading. Should I let it charge more - or do I need to call cox communications for some help to unlock it?? Thanks. Carol Is somebody going to answer my question?????

Please first do a quick reset

Press and Hold the power button and the Down volume button for 10-12 seconds. You will see a shape in the middle of the screen so just press and release the Down volume button again and let it reboot.

Please try this reset couple times WITH AND WITHOUT Power charger.
