hello, ive just reset my htc desire back to factory settings. i cannot remeber my google email or password XXXXX username as was always logged in and have forgot. my mobile number is XXXXX i have a seconday email which came through on my phone which XXXXX@XXXXXX.XXX. please please help
Already Tried: all the recovery through google but as i carnt rember anything nthing comes up.
Hello,The only thing I can think of at this point is to have you tell someone you frequently emailed. Have them either forward you an email with your credentials. that way you will get your username. then you can use the username to try and recover the password,I hope this helps.

Unfortunately no. They will not because it is an automated system which gives you the options. It does not have any coloration between your number and email address so that will not work. You may have to start over with a new account i am afraid :(
sorry to be a pain but is there no number i can ring to speak to someone. also i dont understand why but i had all my pictures on my sd card so didrnt loose them when i had to wipe my phone but i also had all my apps on the sd card but they dont seem to be there anymore is that because im not logged into my gmail account. thanks
NO Pain at all. The Pictures are there because you did not format the SD card. you simply reset the Operating system. The Apps will need to be re installed. They are all listed on Google Play store but it requires the gmail credentials.I am sorry we do not have a number to call but I will answer any questions you may have.
ok was just wondering cus i had the vaulty app and wondered where the pics in that are or if they are retrievable
If the phone is turned on you should be able to connect it to the computer and access the SD card. Are you able to do this?
dont know how i connected with the usb lead but caanot get no pics up or acces sd card dont think there are any drivers on lap top to access the phone
What is the Operating system of the computer you are using? Windows XP? Vista or Windows 7?
