I need update my system software upgrade 3.25.841.4 - 209 mg and highly recommended to do via WiFi or connect to pc. How do l do this? I f l do over the phone significant charges will apply. Manny thanks.

I would be more than happy to assist you. It is suggested that you do it over wifi so that the download doesn't count against your monthly usage. However these are typically reasonable in size and it shouldn't matter whether its done over wifi or not. Its easier to do it over your phone versus a PC and there's no additional cost the just say that as a warning.You will be fine to do it over phone.

thanks Derrick - I will do it over the phone - it seems less complicated. I was just concerned about the warning of downloading the upgrade over the phone. I tried to do it over the PC but I think my firewall stalled it. I even temporarily turned off the firewall, but I still had now success. I have wireless connection 3 and it keeps coming up that I have to disconnect from that in order for the PC passthrough to be successful. But now luck. I will try to do over the phone. I have 1.5gb data and have only used 24% of my monthly usage. It renews in 4 days time. So I guess I should be OK. Thanks again
