A lot of times what happens when typing in information on these devices is it adds a space at the end when you switch to a different box.

Whilst this space is invisible, the device picks it up as part of the word, which causes this problem.

Can you retype in your information. When you jump to the next text box, go back and press to the very right. The cursor will be flashing at the end of the word eg: Your email address or password.

If you see a space between the cursor and the end of the word, delete it and then move to the next box (it wont add a space the second time).

Make sure this is the case for all your values and then submit it.
