my samsung galaxy ace will not turn on.... can you help. I

my samsung galaxy ace will not turn on.... can you help. I had been trying to download music from computer to phone - unsuccessfully. Gave up and disconnected my device, now it does not work can you help.

 



Already Tried:
Just tried turning powering up connected battery charger and it showed a full battery but nothing else happening

Press and HOLD Home button (Big button in the middle) and Power button

I am holding big butto

Customer :

No screen is completely blank

NO displays?

Customer :

No nothing is power button same as big button in centre?

SVITExperts :

The power button is the button to turn off and on your phone

SVITExperts :

So press Home button and Power button at the same time

any menu or displays?

SVITExperts :

Did you get any menu?

SVITExperts :

If not, you can take the battery out for a minute

SVITExperts :

Reinsert battery and try the combo again

Thank you very much my phone is now working. I will gladly pay the fee but do not wish to proceed after 7 day free trial. How would I cancel the monthly fee?
