Why am I able to send email to some accounts but email to some other accounts comes back as undeliverable? I am able to receive email from both.
Hi,Is this happening when you start a brand email to that person? Does it also happen when you reply to the email the person sent also?
It happens when I send brand new email.I am able to reply to their email with no problem.
Hi,Can you double check the email address to make sure that you have the exact same email address in the "To:" field in the new email as in the email when you replied to the email. I just want to make sure that you have the same email address in the new email window. Sometimes the email can get changed slightly
