Hello, my name is XXXXX XXXXX X'X be glad to assist you with your issue since you relisted your question.

Are you familiar with getting to the recovery menu? If so, please do so and attempt a reset/restore. If this doesn't work, we will need to see about getting the stock OS back onto the device.

I have attempted to reset/restore and have been unsuccessful. How do I return to the stock OS?

Here is a forum posting on how to do this:

Ignore the you must be stock warning. You are just applying the update from the SD card and it should go through.

Let me know how it goes or if you get stuck anywhere.

Best Regards,
Brandon

I tried that before and had no success. I am trying it again right now. It says it will take 3 hours for the utility to download. Any other ideas?

You'll need to go back to stock and the only way to do it is to download the stock rom (the file you are likely downloading) and flashing it to the device as per the instructions on that page.
