Hi and welcome,

When did you have this problem? Recently or when you first bought it?

So you did clear cache of messaging and clear data for Google Services Framework but still not working?

Customer: replied 4 years ago.
I just had this problem recently and had already tried clearing cache of messaging and clearing data for google services framework
Expert:  Nick H. replied 4 years ago.

Please go back to Messaging and select Force STOP and Clear data. Turn your phone off. Take SIM card out for 5 minutes. Put back and turn on your phone. Test to send a message. Thank you.

Did you get any error message?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.
no. Just an x mark
Expert:  Nick H. replied 4 years ago.
Please transfer your photos and videos to SD card or computer. Then please clear data for these services in All applications:
Media Storage
Google Services Framework
Turn off your phone and turn it back. Then test sending text.
If that does not work, we can do a factory reset.

did it. Still doesnt work
Expert:  Nick H. replied 4 years ago.

The last test would be factory reset. Note: This will wiped your data out so please back up your data to microSD card or connect to your computer and transfer them out. Then proceed as following:

-Go to Settings
-Select Privacy
-Select Factory data reset
-Select Reset phone
-Select Erase everything
-Your phone will reset which will take about 2-3 minutes. Set it up again and test your text issue. Thank you.
