My Samsung galaxy s2 skyrocket cant send or receive picture messages and I have MMS messaging .I'm getting really upset over it.Please help me!

Thanks, please do the following

Press Menu >> Settings.
Settings >> Wireless & Networks
Wireless & Networks >> Mobile Networks
Mobile Networks >> Access Point Names

At this point you need to press your handset’s “Menu” key and then select “New APN”.

Enter in the following settings seen below. Anything not listed should be left blank.

Proxy: leave blank
Port: leave blank
Username:[email protected]
Password:CINGULAR1 (yes this is in CAPS)
Server: leave blank
MMSC: http://mmsc.cingular.com

MCC:310
MNC:410 (note: this could also be 310, 41 or 15)
APN Type: leave blank
