Hi Bonnie,Thanks for the reply.Please follow the steps below to perform factory reset:1. Press and hold Power button2. As soon as the screen flashes, press both the left and right lower buttons on the face of the nook touch, hold them down for several seconds during the start up and it’ll prompt you for a system wipe. 3. Press Home twice to confirm.This will actually restore it to the same exact way you got it from the store.Please let me know if that works. Thanks!
