Please go to Settings
Select Manage Applications
Select Google Services Framework
Select Clear Data.
Turn your device off and back on. Test your issue again.
If that does not work, you will have to reset your phone to factory reset.
Note: This will wiped your data out so please back up your data to microSD card or connect to your computer and transfer them out. Then proceed as following:
-Go to Settings
-Select Factory data reset
-Select Reset phone
-Select Erase everything
-Your phone will reset which will take about 3-5 minutes. Set it up again and test your phone issues. Thank you.
as we have already performed a factory reset surely this would have cleared the issues
