any time i take a video on phone after it has saved onto videos it has same picture as previous videos i have taken therefore i cant find newest one

Already Tried:
took out sd card turned phone off still happens

Please clear temp data on your phone as follow:

Please go to settings->applications->manage applications->all, click on "media storage", and then "clear data". Go back to ALL and select Google Services Framework and select clear data. Turn your device off and back on. Then try to record another video. See if your issue is resolved or not. Thank you.
