Did you reboot by holding the power button for 8-10 seconds? Factory reset?

Please turn off your device. Take the SIM card and put it back. Then turn on and test the connection. Also go to Settings->Wireless and Network-> Make sure network is enabled.

Have you used the SIM 3G connection before? You might want to contact the service provider to check the account status. If that all fine, you might need another SIM card to test.

Please go to settings->applications->manage applications->all, select Media Storage->select clear data. Go back to All and select Network Location and select clear data. Restart your device and turn it back on. Test your issues to see if they work or not. Thank you.

Please backup your data (music, contacts, files) to SD card or computer. Then please do a factory reset. Go to Settings->Privacy->Factory data reset. After the reset, please test your issue again. Thank you.

Please go to Settings->Wireless and Network->Network settings. Make sure Use packet data is CHECKED. Then go to Network operators. select your service provider on the list. Go back out and test your internet.

If this does not work, you will have to contact the server provider. I helped many customers like you and the service provider did couple changes to make it work. Thank you.
