Are you able to see your wifi network in the list now?

No, it does not show any available networks.
OK, then then its only one or two things. One, Its software related, and you can resolve it by doing a factory reset of the device. If that doesnt resolve it then the wifi radio in the device has become corrupt. The only option then would be to contact the seller and request a refund or exchange of the tablet due to hardware failure.
To reset the device:
In the Settings App, do you see an option called "Storage & SD card" or "Storage"?
There is a "reset media storage"(delete all your files..apps are not uninstalled).
also "mass storage file system format" (change the file system formatof the mass storage area).
I have selected:Windows/MacOS compatible.(FAT32)
I did not select :Large HD files support.(EXT3)

Thats very strange as you are not seeing what should be there. I am going to do some research into your model and see what could be the issue, as there is no reason for this.
All I have found is that it should be exactly where I mentioned it, so I actually emailed one of yoru manufacturers reps, and am waiting to hear back from them.
