Hi, my Samsung Galaxy S II lock button is not working. I'm not sure what I've done, but it came up saying that it was 'downloading do not turn off target' so i reset it with power, volume up and home button
Already Tried: Resetting
Hello!I will be glad to assist you,Try this first and let me know if it works for you,Remove battery and reinsert>Then hold power button down for 30 seconds>This will give the system a fresh boot.
This is not working. Also when I press the lock button it is telling me that my data network is deactivated so I press to activate it and it turns the phone off
This might require a factory restore, the factory restore will wipe out all data from your phone except the sd card files. Let me know if you want to try this, you should connect to computer with usb and try and back up all files first.
Happy to try that, anything of value is backed up
