My Samsung Exhibit 4g wont turn on and stay on. I turned

Resolved Question:

My Samsung Exhibit 4g won't turn on and stay on. I turned it off last night and when I turned it on this morning it just kept restarting itself over and over. I can't access anything because it turns off and restarts too fast.

Hello!
I will be glad to assist you,
Try this first,
Remove battery and reinsert the battery, Then hold power button down for 30 seconds,
Let me know if this works for you.
Customer: replied 4 years ago.
no...it did not work. it still turns on and restarts itself over and over.
Expert:  Randy Boman replied 4 years ago.
It will probably need to be reset to factory defaults,
This will wipe out all data except for sd card,
Let me know if you would like to try this option.
Customer: replied 4 years ago.
Is there any way to save my data? I have pictures, etc. that I would like to keep.
Expert:  Randy Boman replied 4 years ago.
No. unless they are on sd card, if so they will be o.k
Customer: replied 4 years ago.
How do I know if they are on the sd card?
Expert:  Randy Boman replied 4 years ago.
Have you tried to access phone through usb connection on computer?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.
I just plugged it in. It continues to reboot, but I can get to a screen that gives me three USB options...Samsung Kies, Meida player, mass storage...
Expert:  Randy Boman replied 4 years ago.
Choose mass storage,
Customer: replied 4 years ago.
I did, the computer made a noise, and then the phone shut off and restarted again.
Expert:  Randy Boman replied 4 years ago.
That is not good, it seems like the only option is to try the restore,
You can carry it to your service provider and let them try.
