My samsung intercept wont go past the flashing "Samsung" sign

Resolved Question:

My samsung intercept wont go past the flashing "Samsung" sign when i turn my phone on, so it wont fully turn on, how can i fix this? or do i need a new phone?

Sorry to hear you are having problems with your Samsung,
Lets see if we can correct this,
Try this..
Use this method to hard reset your Samsung Intercept phone..... Warning! All your data including contacts, messages etc. will be lost!
Take out SIM card before full reset.
Samsung Intercept Recovery mode: Press and hold VOLUME DOWN + CALL + END buttons together and wait until the Intercept turns ON.
From the menu select (with 4way button down) wipe data / factory reset, then press center the 4way button.

Thank you, XXXXX XXXXX phone won't turn on at all, it will a little but as i said before just to the flashing samsung sign. Not any further, Is there anything else i can do?

You can try removing battery and replacing it and then hold power button for 30 seconds..
